I was recently commissioned to paint Fighting Roosters.

I googled fighting roosters hoping to get some idea of them, but didn't get much information. So I went to the gentleman's home where he showed me his roosters that he wanted me to paint. He had them to face each other and of course they didn't like it. I did get some good pictures.

I am trying to prepare a sketch of this subject and his description of striking lightening in dark dreary clouds.

This will definately be a challenge. I will post each step as I progress in this endearvor.
