     The Clinton Presidential Library Exhibit

I was honored to be selected for the Clinton Presidential library Exhibit in 2007. My painting 'Hay Bales" was donated to The Thea Foundation and Clinton Foundation for Art Across Arkansas.

The El Dorado High School Exhibit  2007-2008

The painting tittled "Hay Bales" was donated to the Thea Foundation and Clinton Foundation for Art Across Arkansas.

Quote from The Thea Foundation:

Art Across Arkansas is an educational program created and sponsored by The THEA Foundation and the William J. Clinton Foundation. The mission of the program is to interest, inspire, and involve young people by placing fine art in the schools for a school year. Every participating school will receive a new exhibit each school year. Through the experience of living with fine art on a daily basis, the students will have an opportunity to gain insights about. themselves and their world that might not be possible otherwise. Each piece of art will include a biography of the artist and a statement of the medium utilized to create the work. The art, the stories of its creating artists, and the long-term, daily contact conspire to enhance the creativity and self-expression of every participant beyond anything we can predict as we begin this journey.

I am excited that art is traveling across the state again this year. It is the desire of Artist and The Thea Foundation that the youth are able to experience the joy of seeing the art daily and gaining an appreciation of fine art that they will carry into their adult lives.
